This Water Cooker unit basically consists of a top cooking/heating tank and a lower cooling tank. By this tiered arrangement a great deal of floor space can be saved.
Powered lifting elevates hood and all conveyers for ease of cleaning. A clean in place (C.I.P) header tube is supplied in the hood.
