Life is tough
This guided journal by Briony Benjamin is inspired by the book Life is tough (but so are you). It has writing prompts and exercises to step you through a tricky time. The brief for me was to follow the colourful and fresh design of Briony's first book and make the design of this journal similar but not the same, using some of the same colours and elements and come up with some new design elements as well.
